What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for standard reservations and 72 hours for VIP or large group bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, clearly stated at the time of booking.
How do group bookings and minimum spends work?
Groups of 9 or more, VIP lounges, and private areas may be subject to minimum spends. Our team will outline options based on your preferred date, time, and level of exclusivity.
Can I modify my reservation online?
